Patients with the following should only use Clomipramine with Medical Advice: • Heart Disease or abnormal heart rhythms (Arrhythmia) • Prostate trouble or difficulty passing urine • Glaucoma, Epilepsy, Thyroid problems or if being treated with Thyroxin • If taking Anti-Depressants • Low Blood Pressure of untreated High Blood Pressure • Using other drugs such as Cimetidine, Quinidine, Anticoagulants, Anticholinergics or other anti-depressants or anti-arrhythmics |
